The one you sent them, you shld have copy. if you have attorney, your attorney will definitely keep copy of everything he or she submitted for you. Hence, ask your attorney for a copy

@karoon boundurant Ahh, such attorney is unorganized. My attorney has physical File in my name that has copies of all submitted documents on my behalf. She also has Online Case Account for each of her client where we can retrieve documents online without visiting her office. You have to get in touch with your Landlord or Your Estate Mgt for copies of your lease

one my friend just got notification for 2nd rfe .. pd april 2022 , 1st rfe was good moral caractere sept 2022 .

So I got rfe for proof of residency and good moral, my attorney said to submit affidavits and pictures of me with the abuser, I don't know if this info helps with your case. Good luck!

please do not take this RFE for granted. it doesn’t matter how long it has taken. Your response will determine the disposition of your case. I got an RFE for good faith marriage, proof of abuse and proof of cohabitation. I had provided all these documents initially when I filed but I guess it wasn’t convincing the way it was filed. The RFE was a second and final chance to convince them. The Humanitarian division is mostly fair and they adjudicate based on the merit of what you have provided. Today, I am permanent resident, Alhamdulilah. Treat this like a lifeline and a new application. address all the issues they have raised meticulously and in greater details. Turn your written statement into a bestseller, focusing on your resume, how you met, your courtship period, how you proposed, the wedding, life after the wedding focusing more on the good times, then drill down into the abuse. Also remember to get as many affidavits from those who know you. both together as well as those who witnessed the abuse (if any). I wish you the best.

@karoon boundurant that should be fine. The substance is all that matters. make sure the affiants talk depose to how they know both of you and their experience of the abuse. If there’s anyone on the abusers side that can also give an affidavit, that would go a long way. Please include means of identification for all affiants.

Can you let someone write you a letter that visited your house or knew you and your spouse lived together? If you have bank transactions or money app transactions of paying rent with spouse that would help. what do you mean by insurance? could you reiterate what they are requesting for so I can better help you?
