2nd Interview Scheduled after reaching out to White House
My case started in April 2023 in Houston ,I and my spouse went for an interview, we were nervous .she has been married before and I have kids too. but we answered all we could ..Fast forward to this year , we moved to Dallas but still haven’t heard anything back ,reached out to House of Representatives multiple times ..Same story , luckily our case were transferred to Dallas over 10days ago and we reached out to the White House 5days ago..God a second interview scheduled for next month ..What should be expect in the second interview ,any help will be so much appreciated..

who did you reach out to in the White House? my senator was giving me the generic responses

@eni 123 I reached out the White House on the bases of my interest in the military and I provided all the test info and recruiter’s name.. so if that helps ..it’s just the same Generic way of reaching out to the White House ..just make sure you are detailed when explaining your situation

@lex lex I did my interview almost 3 months ago and no response. I have the exact same interests, took the test and also have a recruiter. could you tell me the website you used or email. that would be very much appreciated.

@lex lex also you might be having a stokes interview where they separate both of you, it could also mean they need clarity on something else from the previous interview. once you and you spouse are on the same page about life events and day to day life you will be fine

@lex lex I and my husband had a 2nd interview 6/2024 and we just got approved…make sure she knows everything about ur family, has she ever visited ur country just go over everything regarding both of ur families money ex wife baby mother everything

@lex lex if your wife was previously married is not an issue as long as she didn't seek any immigration benefits for her past patner.You also having kids is totally fine
Having said that you'll be walking into a STOKES interview this time around where both of you will be interviewed separately so you and your patner must be fully prepared to answer a wide range of questions beginning with what you put on your forms i130,ii485 and daily lifestyle together
As long as you can stay calm and answer your questions diligently you'll be fine
