I submitted my renewal application for my 765 on Last January ,didn’t get any approval on it yet , only a new notice for that , which shows this notice is valid for 540 days . I really don’t know what’s going on in UCSIS . it’s been 983 days I am waiting to get my approval on my 360 . I saw many people got their approval who applied middle of 2021 , some of them already got their Green card . shame on you Vermont center.

@hope hope My first EAD was approved 2 months after I submitted my VOWA, the EAD renewal took exactly 6 months before card is being produced. The backlog is crazy. Let’s be hopeful for good news soon

@ola ele I applied on June 2021, 3 PF, and a third EAd, since my first one is only 1 years. I am glad they at least approve it in 6 month I will send mine on October according to what my lawyer said. but no updated soon we will be 2 years and half since we apply and nothing I hope things change to the best

@haj 97 it’s been a very hectic experience and one can only hope for the best. It’s really hard to figure out the pace or trend at which USCIS is working on these cases. The only thing we have is hope. It is well

@skylar . I renewed my C09, so I am guessing I’ll be sent another C09 based EAD card since my I-360 status has not changed.

@skylar . From my first filling, I paid all required fee, I just didn’t pay to renew the VOWA based EAD judging with my experience from the previous times that I have had to renew EAD based on marriage

hey Ola ele , so your 2nd EAD with travel Permit too it’s combo card. and how long is validity on 2nd. it’s that any fee for apply renewal for both i765 and i131.

@M Patel I didn’t apply for the 2nd EAD with advance parol. just EAD and it took exactly 6 months for it to be approved and the validity is for 2 years since I got it before October 2nd. I did not pay for the EAD renewal as well
