2nd actively reviewing today.. help
we had our first actively reviewing just after we submitted I-130 we then received received an RFE in July over a year after the first submission. now two weeks after submitting evidence we got an actively reviewing your case notification - nothing in documents. is it normal to change from received evidence to actively reviewing or does this mean they are actually looking at our case. I don't want to get excited and then be waiting another year 🙈 #activelyreviewing

@Omega % it's already been 16 hours 😭 PD is 20jul22 and our service center keeps changing it was last potomac but it may have changed I'll have to ask Emma to be sure as they've changed it like 3 times already!

Check your case that is registered under your petitioner's email address for the approval letter. it will not show up on your account if you’re the applicant.

I spoke to emma - she said our case has been reviewed and now we just have to wait for our decision.. odd they review and don't make a decision there and then 🤔

happened to me as well, we got 2nd active review after submitting rfe but no approval. then 2 months later a 3rd active review and thats when we received approval

you have to check your spouse account not your cuz it’s the i-130 . for your it’s the 1-485. I-765 and I-131

@Laura r-y 😭 the annoying thing is Emma said they have reviewed our evidence and it's like okay but why no decision then if they have already reviewed. I guess I'll just wait patiently as we have been for what feels like FOREVER, such a grueling process

@Debbie Amarachi sent RFE 26th July and got actively reviewing on 9th August.. still nothing 😭 so maybe the second actively reviewing only means an approval is on the way if you haven't had an RFE. maybe I'll get another active review for the RFE before approval

@Debbie Amarachi July 20th 2022 404 days so far. just for i-130 once that's approved we move onto next step as I'm not yet in US.
