@mgr r was the 485 approved right after ?

I did mine in November 2024 and got a response back in February 2025.

after they reopen my i-485 was send interview appointment for April 15 but after my interview they send me RFE looks like my case is stuck i did my i-290 by myself my attorney did terrible job with my i-485 thats why they denied and now the need more evidence

@mgr r I had the same problem with the person who did my 485 that’s why it was denied then I got someone in February to do the 290b after then they rejected it after which I did it myself n sent it back n they accepted it march 26th n send my receipt notice
