280 days RFE
Hi everyone I’m waiting for 280 days an answer about medical RFE. I have advance parole and work permit approved a year ago. since then I received RFE I sent to USCIS the response in time and since then I didn’t get anymore an update, I’ve tried to send inquiries, email the ombudsman and email the congressman (10 days ago), talk to different lawyers beside mine. anyone wanna share a similar experience? how long did you wait? did a congressman helped you? also can I travel with advance parole without problem? someone had travel with that?
national benefits, fort Myers FL. marriage based visa.

I’m in similar situation but a month ahead of you timing wise. my 131 was also just approved last month.
no idea what the heck is taking so long. I don’t have answers 😭

@matteo carta I’m afraid too but I am going to do it anyways. I need to bring my kids home. I figure if I walk back in with my 2 American born children they won’t refuse me 😂. @matteo carta

it will be ok. There’s no issues with my case - straight forward so I’m not that worried.
yup a good way to prove your marriage is legit is to have not one, but 2 children with your spouse. @matteo carta

Hello guys. just keep hoping and trusting God. Mine RFE medical was 396 day before I got interview date. Basically your i-693 is valid for 2 years, if you submit it before October 2023,it you submit after October 2023 is for time indefinit ,it can't expire. just keep hoping and praying..
