USCIS just increased the processing time by another 0.5 month. so now it is 10.5 months 😅.

Same situation here. Today it marks 10 months since I applied. Exacts 304 days ago. Again, lack of respect and organization. It doesn't matter if they have a lot of processes to analyse. They receive money for all of the processes plus the money from PP. They also could improve a lot the communication with the people who are waiting to get a response. Improve their mental health. Give them more transparency. The best country in the world is not doing the best job here, honestly, it could be compared to a job from a 3rd world country if not worse than that.

In my case, the service center is Texas. The website shows 9 months, but obviously this is not true.

@eb2 guy The bureaucratic work is frustrating, and we are not a priority to them at all. This is why the retrogressive tendencies keep coming, even towards the rest of the world (ROW), and now the Fiscal Year is approaching, which might make things worse. Regarding your case, I think the discrepancy in dates is because we have the filing date and the date that shows 'Case is actively being reviewed…'. Sometimes these dates are not the same; usually, they are a month or more apart, as in my case. Nonetheless, we must have faith, particularly faith in a good person to review our cases.

Hey @nadi benjamin , yes, it's frustrating. I guess that within the next 60 days, most people who applied in October, November, and December will get an answer (hopefully a positive one). That's what I'm reading across different pages and lawyer forums. Let's hope that the processing times remain steady, or even improve, and don't get worse by increasing our timelines, especially now with the new fiscal year approaching.

@kar C I received an email back in April stating "we've taken an action on your case". I believe that it could be translated to: "we're reviewing your case". Anyway... fingers crossed!

I just received the approval of my I-140 three days ago from Nebraska. However, I didn't get the notification on Lawfully but rather on a different app. I then went to check on the USCIS to confirm and it was true. My PD is October 2023.

Unfortunately, as you can see, the average processing time is 10.5 months, but in reality, no one knows if someone else's case will be checked earlier than the rest of ours. @Y T I hope I’m not mistaken, it’s 45 Business Days, and if they don’t make it on time you can have your money back. ps. anyhow., my post is directed for EB2-NIW/without PP, we wait for Avg300 days and up. (10.5 months)

@kar C they keep moving the date for the inquiry. It used to be August 16, then August 28, I checked again yesterday it says September 19. Until then, the system says my case is processing normally 😂😂. 13 months now
