26 months after the interview review still pending
No response from Senator and Ombudsman even though cost me 2000$ anyone has any suggestion? when i went in for interview they told me my files did not arrive due to covid and never heard after that again. Anyone has any idea how to push this case that is in Nebraska ?

why did you wait 3 years to submit your 485 after 130 submission? and I see your decision date to submit 485 is came across to covid dates.. still need a good lawyer to fight on your case after all these years.. sorry
