@Sb yk A 221(g) letter directs you to submit additional documents or information related to your visa application. Your application will be kept on hold at the Embassy until you submit those documents. You have up to a year to submit what they are requesting. @Arun Ahlawat just summit whatever they’re requesting.

@Sb yk you’re welcome. They normally request Affidavit of support, current tax w2 of the petitioner , the beneficiary’s police report,medical report, the beneficiary’s birth certificate, two passport photos of the beneficiary and the payment receipt 🧾

@Sb yk these are some of the questions they asked my fiancé. He said it lasted about 15 minutes. after the interview was over they gave him a piece of paper to go to their website to check the status. How did we meet? How do we communicate? What city and state do I live? What’s my address? What is my job title? What company do I work for? Do I own a vehicle? Do I live in a house or apartment? Do I live alone? How many times have we met? How did he propose? They looked at a few of our pictures and glanced at my flight itineraries. We put all our paperwork in plastic leaflets inside a binder.

@Arun Ahlawat - a 221g is administrative review. Unfortunately they don’t give a reason for administrative review.
