I don’t think traveling with AP is a problem

well if I don't have my travel permit, work permit or my green card in hand by June 2025 I'm outta here. I only live here because my wife is American. She can come to Finland and she will have her work and travel permits in hand in 4 months. but enough is enough, besides we would be better in Finland anyways. Only reason us not leaving is because her kids don't wanna move yet. I have work lined up and ready here waiting for my permits but of course I can't work yet. Government of this country rather make us sit on our asses here rather than us to work and pay taxes.

@Matti Masa Not only that but they are laying off USCIS contract employees all over the country. At a time like this when there’s massive backlogs & they should be increasing employees, they are laying off employees. They seem to be doing everything they can to increase processing times.

@Kanye East yeah that's why I have a dead line for myself. I have my kids and my family back in Finland. So it's not just me who is suffering for not been able to see them. So my deadline is June 2025.

I can't think of any more 0bstacles that hasn't been already there the last 4 years the timelune of vawa increased like crazy, on contrary I believe that new vawa authentic applicants will be luckier now

@Eric Balli Just a few things that Dump’s administration did during his last term: - Cut USCIS budget which increased backlogs massively. -Increased denials & RFEs -Imposed restrictions on even the ‘highly skilled visas’, a category in which companies can’t find employees in the US & immigrants are necessary. -Slowed down the naturalization process with intense vetting. Many more such steps were taken on purpose not because ‘they wanted to strengthen the immigration system’ but because they hate the immigrants. If he really wanted to strengthen the immigration system, he would had made it easier for at least the legal immigrants. I am not a Trump hater but it is what it is.

my petition date is 3/22/22 and after 2 yrs and 3 months I recieved a RFE, it's 82 days now and waiting for case decision. Our case was sent from Consular service center, Texas to Chicago field office, Illinois. Two USCIS officers visited me and asked a few questions, I felt it was pleasant. I'm the USA citizen wife and my husband lives in Pakistan. Let them do extra scrutiny, if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about. All Trump cares about is that people enter legally, he doesn't approve of illegals and rightfully so gang.

Firstly, the man's name is Trump. Secondly, why insult someone who you are also petitioning to come to HIS country, from the outside? (I'm US born citizen if you didn't realize by now.) Thirdly, He actually has no problem with LEGAL immigration. The system is slow for a reason; want someone to blame? ILLEGALS and FRAUDSTERS. That's the reason we all have to wait so long. Trump likes legal immigrants, hires and uses them. IF YOURE ILLEGAL, then you have something to fear!!
