@roro April 2022 I'm wondering if the new forms is automatic they getting approve super fast😫 so you still haven't heard back yet?

@Empress H unfortunately the Congressman got back to me on Wednesday afternoon after he requested to expedite the process last Tuesday and the answer was that my case is already handled to an officer for review and they can’t give a time frame for the decision but they asked to allow them 90 days in order to finish the review and give the decision..

@roro April 2022 wow another 90 after waiting so long🙄😒 I think they should just look at the case and make a decision

@Empress H today i hit 85 days of waiting since I submitted the medical.. yesterday I saw someone posted here that they called him/her for interview after they updated the status from RFE sent to received .. I don’t know if I’ll be in the Same situation.. yesterday I inquired about my Advance parole because it’s out of the processing time .. I’m not planning to use it if they approve it but I inquired because I thought that might help and let them at least have a look on my case ..

@Empress H also my husband do multiple inquiries.. he requested a tier 2 call and I did the same .. I also wrote them a message through the online account.. hopefully I get any updates soon .. I don’t care what ever is the decision even if we have to go for interview we don’t mind it at all

@Amari Neal i been waiting 2/16/2021….they haven’t have ask me for medical yet…. my I-130 was approved 07/29/2021……. I have renew my work permit in june smh

@roro April 2022 for the medical, did you have to submit it with all three Hepatitis B shots taken? I couldn’t get all at once because they are to be taken at different time intervals the doctor said.

@Shan Shan no I was vaccinated at my home country I brought the vaccination record and translated and the civil surgeon said I’ll be fine .. answer for your question you only need the first dose you don’t have to wait till you finish the three because between the first one and the second 1 month and between the 2nd and the third 6 months
