Hey guys, Any thoughts regarding this FY? Do you guys think USCIS will at least get to 2021 PDs before the end of the year?

Mine is Dec 2021 and still waiting. Will USCIS be able to cover all 2021 priority dates starting the new fiscal year 2024?

@SMDA 15 It looks like USCIS wants to cover cases earlier than 15 Dec 2020 this fy. Look at chart B.

I think they might be prioritizing not Aug 2020 in October but Dec2020

@Valentina M I don’t think that mean Uscis will prioritize Dec 2020 instead of Aug 2020. This is for the filling of adjustment of change. I am not sure who are qualified to apply but even it says truths, it woule be only few numbers I guess
