I just want to thank you for being here. For being vulnerable and for sharing. My immigration journey timeline is below. Just need your positive energy to cheer me on.

2005 H1
2010 H1 + EB3 PERM + I140
2012 H1 + EB2 PERM + I140
2020 H1
2023 H1 + EB2 PERM
2024 H1 + I140 + 485 (filed 5/31/2024) 765 approved (8/2024) I131 approved (8/2024) i485 approved (04/08/2025)
During this long period, I got married, had a baby, changed 3 jobs due to layoffs, lost a parent, lost both in laws, and moved about 3 states. I have been lucky and tenacious about staying in this country and wanting to give my family the best life has to offer. Please pray for my 485 (transferred to Seattle field office on 8/27) to be approved this month.

@DesiGirl2010 Chackunny I experienced layoff right before pandemic. my this employer is so slow in starting the process. and we all know the overall process is so slow. I am greatfull that wee were able to file i-485 after 15 years in this country.
