very strange. Call them ASAP. They give very little time to appeal.

Usually the mail comes in 3-4 days. After that you can appeal during 33 days. I am in the same boat as you.

@Mr uscis blog I’ve seen a couple cases that were similar to yours…I can’t remember good but someone posted on Reddit that got also denial on I-485 VAWA and denial letter never came in so he/she made an infopass appointment and the USCIS officer told him/her that it was supposed to be an approval but by their mistake they put denial🤦‍♂️ and the second is recent on visajourney the reason of denial was that the USCIS didn’t held the I-485 in abeyance because they are not required to do so…so the person had to refille again…Would suggest to make an infopass.

@tired from waiting yes, my 360 was approved. They denied my 485 because they lost my medical. And they told me about it after 5 months in denial letter (they told they never received it🤷🏻‍♀️).

@Mrkvica M. I did. We sent everything (tracking number+copy of medical) together with appeal form. But the worst part that I-290b doesn’t have processing time. It might take from 6 months to 2 years. Hopefully, because mine is just reconsideration it won’t take years🤦🏻‍♀️🙏🏻🙏🏻 But this waiting is really frustrates me…
