2 separate responses from the Baltimore field office
I received a response from the uscis about 2 weeks ago through the White House who made an inquiry on my behalf .The response stated that they’ve scheduled another interview for our i485 which will be our second interview 2 years later . We are yet to receive any official letter in the mail from the uscis concerning this interview.Today I received a response from my Congress man’s office,I had also submitted an inquiry through them 45 days ago .Below is the response I received from the Baltimore field office .

USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely and efficient manner while also ensuring public safety, national security, and compliance with all relevant directives. While the processing steps for most applications or petitions are completed quickly, a small percentage of cases involve unresolved issues that may result in adjudication delays. Please know that this application is in queue and has not been overlooked.

Has anyone received such an update before and why am I getting different responses from the same office .

Was there anything special about your case (e.g. stokes interview, unlawful stay prior to applying 485 and has to use waiver for ground of inadmissibility. if it’s a normal marriage based case and still pending this long I’ll just consider lawsuit

@Steven K this was my second marriage and second i485 ,my ex wife and I were married for 6 years got our i130 approved but never got the i485 approved ,we got divorced I remarried have 2 kids with my wife ?I expected all of this due to the fact that I’ve already filed in the past but the delay and the inconsistencies in their responses is just insane ,I don’t mind the stokes interview but almost 3 years and no decision is crazy

@Seals Shan well my confusion is why are they saying I have an interview next month and they telling congress that they actively reviewing

@My Rock I’ve been trying ,I just requested for a tier 2 officer to call me still waiting on that call ,I’m not sure if we are able to ever call the Baltimore field office . I also sent the White House another message just letting them know that the field office is not even aware of any interviewed scheduled cos I have not received anything in the mail yet plus they told congress something different.
