2 Months after been transferred from TSC>NBC still no news For my I-485
I’m June 2020, transferred on 2021 from NBC>TSC and again on March 16th 2022 from TSC>NBC. I-140 approved on Oct.2021.
Contacted Emma once and told me my case was moved to Denver FO and then one month later Emma told me my that my case is still at NBC. I live in Florida.
I’m still waiting for medical RFE but nothing. Can anyone share their I-485 transfer status

why are you checking with Emma. she will give all wrong info.Call UScis and talk to live agent. and ask about ur case they will give you correct info.

If it transferred to NBC that is good news. NBC does not usually adjudicate 485 so they will forward case to FO for final decision to waive interview. Sometimes to load balance case can be sent to some random field office. My friend had case at NBC got medical RFE from a TX field office when he lives in Chicago.

Also USCIS does not touch your 485 until the underlying 140 is approved. So you should start processing counting after october 2021

hey a quick update, I’m more confused now, spent 2 hours waiting for an agent to answer my call and then he told me that my case is in TSC, and not NBC, could be that never got transferred or maybe went back there again, 🤔🙄
Then the agent opened a Service request for me and that I should wait to have an answer by mail in the next 30 days (I assume I’m gonna receive those standard copy and paste responses)

@ Javier Toledo. If ur case is transferred to NBC they will sent u an mail to ur address did u get that mail.. live agent by calling them they will say correct only.

hey I saw in another post that when you call or contact Emma it’s better to give the A number instead of the case number, and indeed and got a better information today, Emma told me that my case was transferred to Hialeah, Florida FO on may 6th.
do anyone know how long it takes after been transferred to a FO.

2-3 months but dependeds on the Field office load. Did you get your medical RFE?
