1485 waiting update
Hi, my receipt date is march 3rd 2023, biometrics was march 28th and I was sent RFE for medical sent on march 13th which they received on april 6th, since then I haven’t heard anything from Uscis, the Lee summit MO nbc was where my letters came from. is there anyone on similar time line with an update from Uscis? what should I be expecting after medical requests was sent? does this mean my interview will be waived? I will appreciate if I can get a response.

same case is mine too .I sent them my ref medical in June 2023 and waiting for next step ..hope so waive interview

I have similar timeline, same service center. I sent everything together, I only have my EAD, and not news from
them since March! hoping something soon 🙏🏻

It's a standard procedure now, everyone gets a medical rfe, it does not guarantee that interview will be waived...

same I mailed on June 1 to NBC after 1 month when I spoke to agent they said transferred to my local office

also filed in Feb NBC and still nothing. hopefully you’ll hear something back soon with no interview !🙏🏻
