Our case history and case status are both blank on USCIS website now. Has anyone else encountered this? There was a receipt there before.

yes, I did after I sent it and the status was "recieved " before. Now it is blank after one month., Denise L

maybe a glitch in the uscis system
or something else
i applied for 2 people since 01/29/23 no answer and a few more on March all of the cases are blinks when I checked

today make it exactly since I applied for 3 people and all of the cases history said invalid date and I call uscis they said don't worry about it but they haven't take no further action on my cases so I'm still gonna have to wait.

if you check your case on Sunday, it might be blank because USCIS do system maintenance on weekend, specifically Sunday.
