i got aproved my I-131 since January 19 but still waiting for my travel document!is there anything I should do in order to get it?

mine is 131 humniturin parol it is stuck when I talk congress he did inquiry so they say it is in back ground cheak pending prosess I didn't did my bio I don't know I got confused

In your case status there should be a date to receive your documents by, if this date has passed, you should request a new document.
