I will tell you this from my experience in 1 year, whoever sent the i-130 form online for CR1/iR1 visas, most of them are still waiting, I think USCIS does not look at the online application at all, I talked to at least 120 people, they all start with IOE9 online and they were not approved.

They definitely do look at IOE cases. you can go to hilites.today and check for yourself
unfortunately we are just the unlucky ones who just have to wait our turn. They are moving slow 🐌 I think I figured out how they work on cases as well. anywho hang in there. your time is coming

@R EM I only see IOE0 being approved in that page no IOE9… Also in casestatusext.com is only showing IOE0 being approved

USCIS processed 10,000,000 applications last year. Talking to 120 is nothing. Your still within the regular timeline.

I just looked at site as well. my receipt number won't pull up on that site because starts with a nine instead of 0. EX:IOE09 IOE9. some of these people are being approved with PD dates of 2024.mines April 13th 2023.Make it 121.

Try local congress inquiry. Also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

Mine is IOE905.... Jan 29, 2023. Just one Actively Reviewed on October 2023 and nothing. Service center California. Filled online. So, we are now 123 lol.
