this cannot be right, you have to call the USCIS asap and trust me, they will approve you if everything is right

Mine took around 16 months, you need to call them certainly. Actually 7 months since “the case was actively reviewed” status

if you are filing for a sibling it takes 10-15 years

you need to call USCIS and request the status. your case is outside of normal processing time. get a lawyer.

PD 2014, still waiting for approval, even if it's approved it will b stuck in NVC till your PD comes current...as the current PD is 2007/2008
