Hi! ✨ I had my interview 135 days ago in Denver CO and the officer told us something similar “ The internet is really slow today so I’ll check the rest of the case at the en of the day” and nothing happened since then. my case is “we are actively reviewing your case” since that day. 🙁

@Andrea Bermúdez sorry to hear that. have you tried congressional inquiry etc?

@vic s I was thinking about call the senator, but I read the best is to wait to your case is outside normal processing time. If it’s still within normal processing times, the senator can submit the inquiry, but uscis might respond “case is pending review.”

@Andrea Bermúdez puedes intentar ahora , tú caso ya pasó los 120 días después de la entrevista , yo tuve mi entrevista el 1ero de diciembre, y aún nada . esperando los 121 días para volver a llamar . por favor si tienes una aprobación o algo nos actualizas
