@angel portillo For my part, all of this fact no longer understands why it takes so long to make the appointment. I don't understand how those people are working. They called and put it under review. That's what an agent told me to speak.

@Mariela Lopez that’s terrible Im so sorry. that was before covid. I heard one immigration lawyer say that after that long they will need updated forms from the applicants anyway. You should possibly look into the need to submit new forms. Some people have written about having to do that, of having to start the process all over again because of how much years passed. Make sure you get all that info or see a lawyer yourself and ask. best wishes to you!

you can contact USCIS to ask and do expedite normal the processing time

constantly call uscis when you used the Emma assistant keep typing live agent until it assign you to one then talk to the agent and tell them you wish to leave service request

2 week or less after ask why there isn’t a update to your request if there is none don’t be rude be polite , they are there to assist you

you must have been citizen it's been more than 6 years and 8 months omg . 2017 omg omg how's it even pending. it was 2 years at max processing time back in 2017

@sanam Dongol I am a resident, that case was brought up in 2017 and I still don't understand how they are working. I already spoke to the agent and they put it under review because maybe they forgot the last thing they told me that I had to call the national center. visa because not even they know what they are doing
