13 months - Case Approved - Derivative still pending
We filed the I-140 together with the adjustment of status on Dec 2020. My Green Card was aproved in January 25, 2022. NO EAD and NO TRAVEL PERMIT was EVER APPROVED. Medicals were requested in October 2021 and we immediately sent them in. As of today, the derivative spouse is still pending.
Sharing for all those still waiting without EAD or stuck without travel authorization. Good luck, your GC will come.
Btw: I am an immigration attorney, being petitioned by a law firm and I still hired another lawyer to file my applications.

Did you premium process your I-140? if not, how long did it take to be approved?
Luis GFeb 11, 2022
Yes. we did premium processing for the I-140. it's a must.
eric clarkFeb 11, 2022
so your case took 13months , the title says 11 months - is it a typo?
Luis GFeb 11, 2022
13. Months not 11.
Luis GFeb 11, 2022
Also the PERM PROCESS on its own took over a year since we had an audit.
