mine is 100 days to RFE. called member of congress and told them my case is taking long. lets see what happens. if it dosnt work will file mandamus by myself

contacted my congressman, they got a standard response from USCIS that they are processing it, application is pending the final adjudication.. check timeframes here, status there blablabla

guys those who have been waiting over 60 days after rfe response, have you tried speaking to uscis agent theough emma or by calling them and submitting a service request. that should be the first step i beleive.

@D A the service request can't be more than 30 days for receiving an answer. So, if your case is in FO they should take a decision between 15 and 30 days. For the congress depends to the Office or the person in charge 😉
