anyone knows how much time is it taking to get card in mail nowadays?

we have almost same pd, I send my rfe 8 months ago and still no updates on that and my i130 approved 8 months ago. whenever congrasman follow on my case they just tell them nothing rather than the case is in a normal processing time. this is frustrating and is killing me .

are you on lpr or usc?

White House staff reviewed your correspondence and forwarded it to the appropriate Federal agency for further action. what should I expect next? does it mean they contacted USCIS?

@Anna Miller thank you. yes they will and then Uscis CRU department will reach out. if your I-130 is not approved go after that app. we did congressional, white house and service request all at a one time for I-130 😅

it took me almost 9-10 days to get RFE notice in mail.

I applied my I30 last year January nothing has been done
