Can try to submit an inquiry via local Congress. Also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

@DJ Rez our congressman has sent 2 inquires, 3rd pending still. submitted 2 ombudsman requests. nothing has worked. all we can do is wait.
