1-290 B ( Been waiting for 1 year and 6 months)
Hello guys, please what do you advice me to do. should I wait till 2 years? has anyone waited for more than 2 years? for their 1-290b decision. I filled in nov 2021 after my 1-485 was denied.

mine was reopen within 3 months…. why you waiting so long? you need to start calling them every week and also involve your senators but then again depends on why your case was denied

pls guys I have a question my my i765 got approved I have my ssn and work authorization a week after I received a mail telling me my i485 was denied pls everyone does that mean my ssn is revoked I got a lawyer she told me I have to re file i485 ,i130 and i765 again
pls how true is that I am just confused

No update yet, the last time we called they said my case is ready for review which was updated in February.

my I 130 denied on sep 2022 then I file I 290 b it's now 10 months ago still waiting... can I withdraw I 290 and refile I 130 again ?????
