1-130 married to u.s citizen IOE!
hello everyone my lawyer just told me that USCIS IS REVIEWING CASES FROM JULY 05 2021 ! I should receive some notice within 2 months 😃🙏🏼 I pray my case goes smooth. it’s going to be a long journey. I will be patiently waiting ❤️🇺🇸 I filed July 23rd 2021. I wanted to post this for everyone else who filled at the same center around the same time.

yeah honestly I’m a bit confused because my lawyer did say Nebraska but on the website when you chat with a live representative, on USCIS, they said Potomac 🤷🏽♀️

@LM M, yeah mine was received at Nebraska, and the second paper says Potomac. yet again I am considered a concurrent filer, as my dad filled DACA for me 5 years ago. so I guess I’ll find out soon.

my case was originally accepted in Nebraska but two weeks later got moved to Potomac. it has been there 9 months now.

so you should resubmit in Nebraska service

They are moving cases like crazy now. Mine started at Nebraska SC, ended up in Vermont since they sent me RFE. Filed in March 2021. It sucks.

@ilse — sorry, but I wouldn’t trust your lawyer with the 2 month turnaround. if uscis (Emma) said your case is in Potomac, then it’s in Potomac - and Potomac processing times apply — not Nebraska.

yeah I’m not trying to get my hopes up but I can’t help to stay optimistic & hopeful. so I guess I’ll see. I’ll definitely post if it’s otherwise ☺️🙌🏻

Hi, My original receipt date is June 29 2021, and actively reviewing November 4 2021. Texas SC, I,m overseas and my husband is us citizen. Waiting....
