dont waste your money getting one. it does not approve your case but might help your case.. just send more proof of a real marriage..

@blessed nikay i actually did i send several evidence like bills together, join tax returns ,pictures and also an i130 that was approved but she refuse to continue with my petition.
btw my psychological evaluation is for mental abuse
