@Felipe Cruz Muito obrigada!!! 😊 It's very difficult to contest. They have criteria to speed up your process, if your reason is not within the established criteria, they will not approve it. In my case, at the time we made the request for the reason that I was pregnant and I had a difficult pregnancy, which meant that my husband stayed in Brazil with me because I needed care, but he was suffering financial loss because he couldn't to work. That's why he tried to speed up my process so that we could go to the United States and he could work at least part time and also take care of me.

how did the NVC contacted you that fast? Our Case was approved on March 12th and Case was sent to the NVC on March 14th and since that...nothing. Do They send it per email or letter?

@Sarah L. Heyy Sarah! They contact by email. They send the same welcome email to the beneficiary and the petitioner. Usually that's fast! If they don't send the email within 20 days after your approval, then better contact them and check if anything has happened.

thank you, thats good to know. Also good to know that my fiancee gets the same. This time we are not that far from the NVC so its not about 10-12 days for the mail to come. (like it was at the uscis)

@l p I will send it according to what the doctor sent me in the email: VACCINES: 1) THE FLU VACCINE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL AGES. 2) Polio up to 18 years old (18 years old or more is not necessary) 3) Yellow Fever is not mandatory (IT WILL BE NOTED IF ANY) 4) Hepatitis B up to 60 years of age (60 or more, not necessary) -3 DOSES if there is a possible deadline for this. 5) Hepatitis A up to 18 years of age- 2 DOSES BY THE AMERICAN CALENDAR (18 years or older is not required) 6) Pneumococcal 23 If you are 65 years of age or older. 7) Meningococcal ACWY between 11 and 18 years old. 8) Anti Tetanus at all ages (reinforcement every 10 years). 9) MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella) between 1 and 65 years. 2 DOSES BY THE AMERICAN CALENDAR 10) Varicella (chickenpox/chickenpox) - 2 DOSES according to the AMERICAN CALENDAR 11) COVID19 AT LEAST 1 (ONE) DOSE WITHIN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE DATE OF YOUR CONSULTATION, FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS.

Hello Mila. I am curious is it alright to get those vaccines and required shots from a different credited hospital, before having my medical exam?or should I need to have them from a credited hospital that they require me to visit? Thank you for your response!

@Elaine Morada Heyy Elaine!! 😊 Yes! Before your appointment with the doctor, you can get your vaccinations at any clinic of your choice (including the SUS), whether in your city or anywhere else. After the date of the consultation with the doctor, you can only receive the missing vaccines at accredited clinics and they will be recommended by the doctor.

thank you Mila! I read on Reddit that they usually send a batch of invites at the end of each month for CR1 according to their research on other people’s timelines … hopefully we will all get ours by the end of July 🇺🇸

@jacob Jacob our DQ was on 4/30, so I'm thinking/hoping that we will hear the news at the end of this month for interviews in September! Seems like the early-mid April DQs got the interviews for August.

@jacob Jacob Hiii Jacob!! Lately they are having a delay to schedule the interview! But I suggest you to ask NVC about it, so they can give you some update. I believe you will get that soon! I already got my visa!! 😊🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Thank God everything work well! The immigration officer asked me some questions such as: ✓ When and how I met my husband ✓ How long was he in Brazil ✓ If I had already met my in-laws in person ✓ How long have you been married ✓ If this was my first marriage and my husband's too. ✓ What is my husband’s profession in the United States ✓ As I had a co-sponsor, she asked what the co-sponsor's profession was and how related he was to my husband. ✓If I have lived in other countries for more than a year. ✓ If I've ever had problems with the police (I never had and I don't want to hahaha) > The conversation was very relaxed and the officer made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly, at the end we talked about other details, we talked about my son, my pregnancy, travel... >Regarding the process, she said that everything was correct but that I would need to send another document that was missing and so I sent it two days later and they approved it 4 days after sending it. ✓This document was a police certificate from a city where I lived for over a year. When I started the process I was there for less than a year and at the date of the interview I had completed one year, so I would have to take it to an interview even if it had not been attached to the NVC. Well, that's it!! I hope God bless you with good news soon!! I believe He will!!! 😊🙏🏻
