I've seen some sources that, after sending a reply to an RFE for an EB-2 NIW petition, USCIS generally takes around 60 days to review and reach a decision. However, the specific duration may vary based on the case's complexity and the USCIS service center responsible for it. Of course if you do premium processing, the typical response time is approximately 15 days after receiving the RFE reply.

Thanks! My lawyer said I need to wait at least 120 days. 😩 I hope your information, @kar C, is more realistic.

@Rodrigo Escarano according to the latest report there are about 20k submissions every quarter and pending cases incrasing significantly, expect longer wait time
