Are you sure your case still at Nebraska? and are you doing consular or AOS? 600 days seems way too many for an I-130 if it’s not AOS…

@Hov Oh for me it’s 602 days. husband just called and they told us they receive our RFE and it’s in normal processing time. it’s normal trust me. uscis ain’t nun but slow progress

Please never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it "writ of mandamus pro se"
