@Julia L I explain to them I sent in the RFE since June and it has been 98 days since they sent a notice that they received my response. and from my understanding it’s takes 15-60 days there suppose to give you a decision after you respond to a RFE

same here! Yesterday I asked to a live agent about my I485 and he told me he can submit un inquiry so he did. I already did an inquiry for my I765 a month ago but they didn’t reply back yet. My PD is October 2022

@teetee fabulous no I submitted medical with all my paperwork, my RFE was for form I-485A along with proof

So at first i called them after 120 days of RFE and they put a expedite request and on 30th day (26th July) i got message they are actively reviewing . since then its same.

@Nicola 🇯🇲 Did you get a physical letter that they received your RFE response or was it just stated in your online account?

@teetee fabulous the sent out the RFE notice may 8th and then June 21 they sent me a notice saying that they received my response and there actively reviewing my case again

i sent my rfe april 11 and nothing until now i tried many times to get an answer but nothing!!!

@Ameen anvar on the USCIS website there is a lady name Emma that pops up and you typing that you wanna speak to a live agent and then when you get connected to a live agent, you tell them what your concerns are

@Nicola 🇯🇲 They sent me RFE December 16th. On January 4th my account was updated to response received and we will start working on your case again. Did my biometrics in February and my i485 has been actively reviewed since that day. So my understanding now is I've been wasting time just chatting with Emma and no one has told me I could put in a service request😫? It's been 256 days since they have received my response. I will definitely chat with them tomorrow!!

@teetee fabulous listen I can understand it’s reading the comments on here that let me know I could do that, and I googled how long after you answer the RFE should immigration take to give a decision and goggle told me they are suppose respond the earliest is 15days and the latest is 60 days, and I called my lawyer and she just keep telling me nonsense, because let me tell you i would call immigration and nothing i couldn’t get a live person on the phone

@Nicola 🇯🇲 I've read it here too but I thought it only applies to when u sent in your medical if u didn't initially, because I've seen where others say the notice says they need the medical to make the final decision. I'm so glad I saw your post😊

@winfred Don-Aki Yes you can but you will need strong supporting evidence to do so.

@teetee fabulous when they ask, I said I sent in my RFE response immediately and then sent me a notice June 21 that they received my response and that they have begun working on my case again,but like I said with a RFE the earliest to answer you is 15 days are they latest to answer you is 60 days if it takes longer than 60 days youe suppose to contact immigration

@teetee fabulous right now everything on there is saying your case is taking longer than expected, because I put in everything one time with advice of my Laywer my medical, I-765,I-485,I-130,I-131 and there all saying my case is taking longer than expected and I did my biometrics already from April
