I submitted an I-130 petition for my spouse on June 18, 2024 (receipt number: IOE0926380XXX).
My case has been "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed" for a while now and I haven't received any update yet.
🔍 I'm trying to understand where USCIS has reached — have they already started approving June 2024 cases?
If you submitted in May or June 2024 (especially IOE09263XXX series), could you please share your status or approval date? 🙏

they are in may 6 now
