🚨 Important Update for Green Card Applicants 🚨
Starting Dec. 2, 2024, USCIS requires Form I-693 (medical exam/vaccination record) to be submitted at the same time as your Form I-485. Applications without it may be rejected—no more submitting it later.
This change could mean delays or missed opportunities, especially with a potential administration shift. Don’t wait, file for your adjustment of status if eligible!

it is a bit tricky though if people apply now with the rule of not waiting for 1 year and then it gets adjudicated prior to the 1 year mark. it can lead to complications. 693 gave you a buffer for that.
