Before 24 march 2023 my processing time was 10.5 month and now it has increased to 14.5 month, So from which time period will USCIS process my case ?

I got approved last week, and PD was April 2022. you might get it soon! where is your field office? some of states take longer

doesn’t matter they are pretty much arbitrary. mine said 9 months but got approved after 4,5.
