don’t believe Emma. Emma told me on 5 different occasions that my interview is waived and guess what. I am currently scheduled for an interview. Emma tell everyone their interview is waived

Around the 4th month into my case I was told my interview was waived from the day it began processing. Also, into the 7th month USCIS told my congressman it is a potentially waived case. Since, recently about a month ago I was told again it was waived. However, I have heard where people were told it was waived and then scheduled for interview. Based on all that has happened with my case I am of the belief that it is waived because I think I prepared a strong case.

I was told the same thing by Emma chat. But the phone agent I talked to said field office review your case and sometimes they require an interview even if service center waived it. So you never know until you get GC or notice for interview.
