hello, I was wandering if anyone have the same problem as I have. after the interview in USA embassy in Djibouti my case was referred back to uscis for more review. its been ten months since then we did not heard anything from uscis about the case and when we contacted the embassy they says the same thing they send it back to uscis. is there anyone have the same problem and get resolved!!

I have seen this before, and it happens. Did they tell you the reason? Normally they email people.

yes it’s about the marriage certificate my husband was married before and his ex wife is in USA and he get divorced but they says they want the uscis to make sure is true marriage. I had my interview in February but never received an email from embassy nor did the uscis …@Amir jafaee

@m mo Didn’t your husband include Divorce Decree on your I-130 when sending it to USCIS??? Sometimes
filling a new case is easier than pushing the old one when dealing with USCIS.

@Amir jafaee yes he did but they still saying they need to send back to uscis . yeah we filled new case even my lawyer says to do so.
