Hey everyone! 👋💌 I wanted to create a space specifically for those of us who submitted our I-129F (K-1 fiancé visa) petitions in December 2024 or January 2025 — just so we can support each other and share any updates as they come in. 🤝✨ 💡 It would be super helpful to know: • 🗓 When you filed and your NOA1 (Notice of Action) date • 📍 Your service center • 📬 Any updates you’ve received (Actively Reviewing, RFE, Approval, etc.) • ⏳ How long you’ve been waiting • 🙏 Tips, encouragement, or questions you might have! 📌 My case was sent on January 16th, and my NOA1 date is January 21st. We’re being processed at the California Service Center, and my fiancé is from the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴. my fiancée and I filed our K-1 on December 12th, 2024. Been waiting just over 6 months now but no update yet. ours is at the California service center.

It’s encouraging to know that even though you filed back in December, you’re still waiting too — it makes me feel like the timeline I was told (possibly hearing something around August) might actually be on track. ⏳ Fingers crossed you hear something really soon, either this month or next! 🤞✨ Please keep me posted if you get any updates whether it moves to Actively Reviewing or you get your approval. My case was sent on January 2024, they received it on February 14 2025 Case being processed at California My fiancé is in Dominicain Republic. 🙏🏽

I filed on February 15th and they received it on February 19th. I got my NOA1 on the 26th. Both me and my fiancé are from Bulgaria. I live in the states. 🙏🏻I am really hoping we hear back soon.

On VisaJourney.com they estimated that I might recieve an answer by August 27th-30th based on others details and statistics. I know it’s not 100% but having some sort of information helps my patience lol. Really hoping I get it by then or even sooner. I also haven’t got any request for RFE either and hope it stays that way. Good luck to us all, I hope we hear something soon so we can be with our fiances.
