my fiancée and I filed our K-1 on December 12th, 2024. Been waiting just over 6 months now but no update yet. ours is at the California service center.

October 2024 still waiting.. the wait time is super stressing.

My case was sent on January 2024, they received it on February 14 2025 Case being processed at California My fiancé is in Dominicain Republic. 🙏🏽

I filed on February 15th and they received it on February 19th. I got my NOA1 on the 26th. Both me and my fiancé are from Bulgaria. I live in the states. 🙏🏻I am really hoping we hear back soon.

On VisaJourney.com they estimated that I might recieve an answer by August 27th-30th based on others details and statistics. I know it’s not 100% but having some sort of information helps my patience lol. Really hoping I get it by then or even sooner. I also haven’t got any request for RFE either and hope it stays that way. Good luck to us all, I hope we hear something soon so we can be with our fiances.

Sent i129f for K1 on January 15th, received letter in mail a week later dated January 18th stating it was accepted. California service center. My fiancee is from the Philippines. Waiting to hear back for NOA2 for 169 days so far. TrackMyVisa estimates NOA2 in late November/early December. I had hoped for July/August. I want her here by Christmas 😢

@Tommy McCardle Our acceptance dates a very close mine was January 21st. I have the same hope that I’ll recieve the NOA2 by July/August and that my fiancé will be here for Christmas as well. I was looking at stats on TrackMyVisaNow.com and it’s looking more like we’d get our response in August/September instead (hopefully it’s sooner than predicted). My estimate on VisaJourney.com changed today to September 1st - September 6th 😩. Really hope this process speeds up for us so our dream of having them here to celebrate the holidays with us comes true 🤞🏽. Please keep me posted on when you get your NOA2.

Hi Stephanie, nothing yet. There are still 44 cases from our filing date which aren’t touched from last 60 days. They process 80-85% cases from filing day and keep other pending. Our is one of those pending cases. 😪

Hi 🙋🏼‍♀️ January 24th case was received! our case is at California service center. Still waiting to hear anything back! trackmyvisanow is saying October 17th but over the last 2 weeks this has been brought forward nearly 3 days every day! so I’m hoping it’ll keep being brought forward to September!! hope everyone gets approved asap!! 🩷

Hi @Stephanie Perez we filed September 3rd 2024, around May got an RFE, July 24th they received our response now awaiting decision. I guess we just need to be patient 😌 Its over a year now since NOA 1. California center.
