be patient,my pd may 2020, got approve in 13 July

My spouse filed I485 to register permanent resident after our marriage last year but the application has just been denied based on the fact that her stay has expired during the time she filed I485 and even gave her 33 days either to file a motion of appeal or leave the country or else a removal proceedings will be started against her by an immigration court. What will be the way forward to avert this please can someone help.

@susette Baez are you a US or citizen or green card holder, if green card holder yes you’re still in the processing time 24.5 to 36 months, US citizen 11.5 to 14 months otherwise they are backlog and you can inquire
