The persons at the lockbox messed up my application package they scan my documents and returned them to me even my i130a
so they requested me to send back everything even the passport photos

what visa did you enter with and you married to a citizen , I just got approved for EAD under 30days i am glad

the way those services function is crazy. how come 130 is approved while 765 pending. mine is 176 days no EAD yet and no update since I replied to the RFE. while some people got it in 25/42/56 days for EAD we are still waiting. really disappointing

@Don Kdj You know the i765 process different from the others….I was getting disappointed but you know most i130 can take over a year to approve so i really appreciate this, when the i485 approved i wont need EAD……Maybe you get interview scheduled before EAD that’s the current trend
