Yes!!! We requested to expedite on Feb 26th and they submitted our application for review and are no longer responding!

you should call them again

try calling them again even if you don’t have response. I had to call them 4 times for me to approve my expedite because of the war in Ukraine

and I think we are speaking with robots who doesn’t have a sense of sympathy or urgency with this situation that is going on in Ukraine

try using Emma chat at USCIS website. because that’s how they actually approved my expedite. before that I was calling them also every week but nothing came out of it. call them everyday saying that there’s war, you can also tell that your fiancé is having stress. maybe they will approve. also depends on who’s on the other side of the phone. can be a human being that understands the urgency and the situation or can be a robot who don’t give a crap.

My family is still in Sumy, you should count your blessings that you are safe and made it out! Many people are not as lucky as you. God bless!

Отправили заявку на ускорение 28 февраля! 2 марта отписались что передали дело менеджеру на рассмотрение и с тех пор тишина. Звоним каждый день, никто ничего не знает, ждите и все..

а что у вас в статусе кейса написано?

Your request has been forwarded to an officer for review. We will notify you if we need something from you. И все... тишина до сих пор..это мы получили 2 марта

а смс жениху не приходило на почту? а когда кейс проверяете по номеру, что там написано? вообще 45 рабочих дней после одобренного ускорения может занимать этот процесс)

Это уже третий запрос.. Позвонили жениху с Юскис и сказали что апрельские кейсам не делают ускорение так как они уже с апреле работают. Но это будет долго потому что они только начали и паралельно работают с ускорениями. В общем мы попали..

you should be grateful for your safety and that you made it out of your country. many people did not. they’re are THOUSANDS of not millions of brown refugees who have been trying to enter the US for years who too have been bombed who face rape, prosecutions etc. this post is incredibly ignorant. @Al Flores you are correct 💯. It amazing to me the complete disregard and ambivalence toward other refugees of color and also islamic religion. Those trapped in the violence for decades! Also with the help of Russian aid! And now all the sudden now it’s urgent and humanitarian disaster for this eurozone war!?!? Its insulting! This is happening all over the world for decades. Be grateful for escaping…now you rebuild. Your out of harm’s way thank god.
