Faith over fear
I am also waiting, I know how we are tired, scared and frustrated. Not sure what's going to happen next and, especially, when is going to happen.
But I wanted to share that while we all wait, let's keep our faith and remember Jeremiah 32:27 states: "Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?"
Christ is who strengthens me, I am so happy for everyone that has been approved so far in this community and I pray more of us will be blessed with the approval notice soon!

question related to pending vawa!
Hi everyone :)
My vawa has been pending since April 2022 I got nothing besides PF! In April’26 I reached out to my congressman and they Submit an inquiry to USCIS on my behalf. I have yet not heard from them. It’s been three months. They also don’t reply to my E-Mails. Has anyone Experienced 3 months + waiting to hear from their local comgresman?!
Refund Notice
Hi folks, I just got an update that USCIS has mailed a refund for my case, but the case is still pending. My application is EB1A premium processing, I applied last year in October, got an RFE and responded to the RFE back in January 2026.
Who knows what that means in regards to the possible outcome of my case?
i-751 extreme cruelty waiver
my extension will expire next year. what happens if i don’t receive my card by then?
