it’s been a year since everything was approved and no interview yet. started everything October 2022, the 3yr mark is near. been traveling every other month to see my wife and step daughter. Lord, help make end this and let this interview happen. I’d love to spend the upcoming holidays with my wife 🙏🏼 and daughter 🙏🏼♥️

I just got scheduled for an interview at the Queens Field Office for my employment-based green card (EB category) and wanted to see if anyone has gone through the same process there. How long did it take after your case changed to “Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for Interview” before you actually got your interview date, and what kind of questions did the officer ask? I do not have any dependents .I’d really appreciate any tips on what documents to bring, how to prepare, and what the experience at Queens FO is usually like.

I finally got my I-131 approved today. does anyone know how long it normally takes to receive the physical card on the mail? One of my best friends is getting married in Canada and hoping to be able to fly there September 11th.

Aos waiting for EB2 employment based
hi everyone,
I am wondering if anyone has experienced changing the during aos process, pd is may 2, 2023 for me for ROW. I was f1 student phd in math and then opt now h1b and waiting for aos. just curious is there any risk to change the job during this time ? should I take the offer and start h1b transfer and ask company submit supplement j ? anyone has had such experience? thanks #eb2 #h1b

I had a feeling about calling USCIS to check on my case because I haven’t seen any updates on my online account . they said that it looks like “I GOT APPROVED TODAY AND TO WAIT TWO DAYS FOR IT TO UPDATE ONLINE” IM SO HAPPY BUT I ALSO FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO SEE IT MYSELF WITH MY OWN EYES LOL
Estimated time until your case decision
I filed N400 online a week ago. A couple of days later I received the receipt number and biometric reuse notice online.
today when I checked my case status I saw that the “estimated time until your case decision” went from 9 months to 13 months…..which makes me anxious……
does anyone has similar experience and do you know why? #naturalization

I filed I-485 on Feb 23, 2024.
I-140 approved on May 15, 2025.
Responded to medical RFE on June 13, 2025.
Then got another RFE to prove lawful status, and I submitted the evidence.
Still confused why this is happening. Anyone faced something similar? Any advice?

Immigrant visa process in Guyana 🇬🇾
I would just like to share what the process was like for at the U.S. embassy in Guyana. Hopefully, this information gives those you who are also in Guyana more clarity.
August 4th, 2025: pre-screening appointment.
August 18th, 2025: Interview.
August 18th, 2025: CEAC status changed to administrative processing.
August 19th, 2025: CEAC status says "issued"
August 21st, 2025: Received the email saying visa is ready to be picked up.
As you can see, Guyana processes immigrant visas pretty quickly once you have the interview. Just make sure all paperwork and evidence are properly prepared and you should have no issues.
