adjustment of status
NVC finally updated my case after humanitarian reinstatement approval after months of saying they do not have case. however, I am in the US and will be most likely adjusting my status does anyone know how I go about doing that? Thank you!

@forever bless If you are in the US, are you still in lawful status? If your case is at NVC, it means you will be doing consular processing at an embassy/consulate in your home country

@Crissy Perry I filed it back in June 2024 and got a reapond in march 2025. so I would say less than a year, 9 months
