I-751 cancellation notice of RFE. never get a RFE before this cancellation.
On November 17, 2025. I received a “cancellation Notice for request of additional evidence” related to my I-751 case. However, I never received a rfe prior this cancellation. Does anyone know what this means or why it happens?
My case has been pending for approximately 26 months.

my husband petition for me am in the us I got 10 year 2022 he petition for my children in in West Indies since Jan 2021 haven’t gotten approved yet it move form reviewed to still in process almost 2 years since haven’t heard from uscis. my eldest daughter was 17 at that time now she’s going 22. I email congress today keeping my finger cross. anybody else in same position ? it’s depressing

After contacting my state senator 2 weeks ago I got massage yesterday case still being processed and today I got approved thank you everyone who sharing their experience with me, don’t lose your hope your approval coming soon I have waiting mine almost 5 years never give up

it this real? every piece of document I receive since my approval I keep saying well it’s real. 😂😂but until I hold that card in my hand, then I will say it’s really real. I am so grateful. everytime I see an update with people who have been waiting for years, I feel for them. my process only took 9 months. December 16 will be our anniversary and my birthday. such a blessing. I pray that someone hear some good news today. 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here can give me some clarity about our immigration situation.
My husband and I recently responded to a Notice of Intent to Revoke. I am a United States citizen and my husband is Palestinian from Gaza. USCIS questioned the legitimacy of our marriage, and we sent our full response on November 10.
Right now I am in Egypt with my husband along with my 9 year old daughter. We have been here waiting with him since April of this year so that we could stay together during this process.
When I contacted USCIS about the timeframe, they told me we need to wait until July 26, 2026 before requesting any kind of update. I honestly cannot wrap my head around that. Neither of us can work here due to residency restrictions, and my mental and physical health have really taken a hit. We’ve given them everything asked for and more.
For context
• We applied for his visa in October 2024
• His interview at the Cairo Embassy was January 2025
• We received the NOIR in November 2025
I’m just trying to understand what to expect or what we can realistically do while we wait. Any guidance or similar experiences would be hugely appreciated.

Hi guys! does anyone have experience with the deadline that USCIS has until deciding on a I130 petition?
say the deadline for a response for your petition is November 2025. and the deadline passes,l and nothing is done. does anyone know what to do in this case? or have any experience in this? if by the deadline I don’t get a response, what do I do?
