being called for another interview !
I applied for asylum in 2022, had an interview in March 2025, and my case is still pending. USCIS called my lawyer for another interview, and I have been waiting for a decision for 8 months. Do you know of any similar cases???
I entered with a valid visa at JFK.

but they already have the answers.?! my lawyer said they gonna ask my husband some questions!! but I applied and it’s my case not my husband
