Filed I-485 with my spouse, my receipt arrived but spouse's hasn't — should we be worried?
I filed I-485/765/131 together with my wife (same package, same day).
My case was processed first, but my wife’s payment still hasn’t been charged yet.
Here’s my timeline so far:
• 11/10: Package delivered
• 11/14: My payment was charged
• 11/17: I received my receipt number (text)
But my wife still hasn’t had her payment charged and has no receipt yet.
Is this normal for derivative I-485 cases? How long should we wait before contacting USCIS? Is there any way to submit inquiry about this?

today I got my first EAD approval thank you my Jesus almighty,please dnt lose hope I know they’re difficult times right have faith. Does anyone knows how long takes to get the card ?

I am the father, I petitioned for my son, under 21 and PD: Jan 2023. I was losing hope, then I contacted my congressman about this and they did an congressional inquiry and today I got his approval.

Processing center is NSC. Is there anyone here with a PD on ending of January to March, with NEBRASKA as the processing center, and under normal processing that have received a decision or update on their case?. kindly share to keep us informed. Also when should we expect a decision, looking at the drastic jump of the FAD??.

International Travel with expired Green Card + 48-month Extension Letter
Hi everyone, I’m debating whether I should travel abroad with my expired green card and the extension letter. I know that, in theory, it should be fine to re-enter the U.S., but I’d love to hear from anyone who’s done it recently. I’ve also heard that there can sometimes be issues when checking in for the return flight.
I’m thinking about going to Thailand for two weeks just for vacation, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the stress.
Would appreciate any thoughts or experiences!
