I got a notice for my interview schedule at Fairfax Va next month for i485 based on asylum . anyone had interview there? what should I expected ? Im happy my case is moving but defiantly nervous I do have a long and complicated case so im going with my lawyer but any advice would be appreciate it

EAD tracking number unavailable
I read about some one facing the ‘The tracking number assigned is UNAVAILABLE’ issue for his EAD. I am facing the same issue too. It says
“On July 19, 2024, we mailed your new card for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number ‘blah blah’ to the address you gave us. The tracking number assigned is UNAVAILABLE”
Chatted with USCIS customer service and they say it hasn’t been mailed out yet, tracking number should be available in few days. Considering how wrong the customer service has been the previous few times, I have a hard time believing them. They just make up some answers if they have no idea what’s going on. Anyone else facing the same ‘unassigned’ issues?

I asked Emma this morning, she said “ I am showing this case to be in process at the National Benefits center at this time. It has not moved into the field office as of yet. I am showing this case is processing normally. Nothing is outstanding nor is anything needed at this time. It is still within processing time. The last review was 0 7 / 1 8 / 2 0 2 4.” does it mean anything??? how long does it take to have a decision after reviewing???

Really just a matter of patience and waiting (don’t really think there’s anything you can do to speed it up, besides premium processing for I140 ofc).

Vawa Question Please don’t judge. For some reason I submitted a edited document to USCIS and now USCIS has found it and sent RFE to ask why I edited the document. How can I get this fixed.
